Zimbra Server 1 Slow (Resolved)

  • Zimbra Server 1 is running slow for users currently. It is being migrated to a new system and should be back to normal shortly.

Datacenter - UPS Failure (Resolved)

    Tek-IT has been experiencing problems with its datacenter UPS since approximately 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 27. Users have been intermittently disconnected from all services. 

    Teams is currently working to resolve the issue. Staff is on site replacing the damaged units and service is expected to resume shorty. Please check the Current Status of Tek-IT Services web page <http://portal.tek-it.ca/serverstatus.php> for the latest information.

Core Network - Scheduled Upgrade (Resolved)

  • Tek-IT will be performing upgrades on our core routing network. This will possibly result in a brief outage for all services from 01/29/2016 23:59 to 01/30/2016 01:00. Network Outage (Resolved)

  • In order for TeraGo to maintain a high degree of network stability and availability to our customers, it is sometimes necessary for us to implement emergency repair on our network infrastructure.

    We will be implementing a emergency repair activity within the Tek-IT network that will affect all service.

    This repair window will begin at October 10, 2015 02:00AM  and end at 02:30AM EST.

    We do not anticipate that your service will be affected for the entire duration of the maintenance activities, but there will be at least one event that will affect your service for up to 15 Minutes
